These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lighthouse platform operated by DeadPixel Studio UG at lighthouse.build.
Lighthouse provides waitlist management, survey tools, newsletter campaigns, and API access for founders to validate ideas and engage early users. Access requires a paid subscription.
You subscribe through Stripe. Your account is created after payment. Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You own the data you create on Lighthouse (waitlists, signups, survey responses, subscriber lists). We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You may export your data at any time via CSV or API (depending on your plan).
You agree not to use Lighthouse to send spam, collect data without consent, distribute malware, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Lighthouse is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or dashboard notice if the changes are material. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
