DeadPixel Studio UG operates Lighthouse (lighthouse.build). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Account holders: email address and payment information (processed by Stripe, we do not store card numbers).

Waitlist signups: email address, survey answers, and free-text responses submitted through public waitlist pages. This data is controlled by the account holder who created the waitlist.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the Lighthouse service
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (magic links, campaign sends)
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase for database and authentication
• Stripe for payment processing
• Resend for transactional and campaign emails
• Vercel for hosting

Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel, your data is deleted within 30 days. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

Your Rights

You may export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard. For account deletion or GDPR requests, reach us through our contact page.
